TreasureValleyDental.com subscription terms are on a month-to month, 6 month or yearly basis as detailed in the subscribers contract. In the event of termination or cancellation, subscribers are not entitled to a refund of the current term’s subscription fees.

If subscription fees are being paid with any auto-payment function (ACH, credit card, etc), TreasureValleyDental.com will stop collecting fees upon the regular termination date of the contract after the subscription is cancelled.

Termination of this Agreement shall not affect any rights or obligations hereunder that have previously accrued, or that thereafter arise with respect to any occurrence prior to termination, and such rights and obligations shall continue to be governed by the terms of this Agreement.

Subscription fees are deemed earned upon receipt and no refunds will be given in the event a subscriber fails to use any or all of the benefits available under the TreasureValleyDental.com subscription.
